A rust converter works by converting rust (the oxidation formed on the metal surface) back into iron. It restores the metal to its original color, such as gray, grayish, or black, and forms a protective, insulating layer against future rust. After using the rust converter, any protective coating or paint can be applied.
The rust remover removes the layer of rust that forms on the surface of the metal, but our product does the opposite. A simple example. A 4-mil thick piece of sheet metal with rust on it, when using a rust remover product, it loses part of the thickness of the sheet metal and becomes 3 millimeters. As for our rust converter product, it does not lose the thickness of the sheet and is an insulating protective layer against rust.
Uh, no. It only reacts with iron, meaning it is not used with copper, aluminum, alloys, titanium, etc. etc.
The product does restore the color of the iron, but there are some exceptions. In some cases, the iron may be mixed with other metals, and the proportions may be higher, so the reaction occurs, but the color may change. For example, in some cases, it may turn white, and in others, it may turn black. However, in most cases, it restores the iron's original color.
After 6 hours after the reaction, any insulation can be applied for long term protection. However, the product will provide a long-lasting rustproofing layer, but the period cannot be determined due to the ambient atmosphere of the rust and changing weather conditions.
The product is suitable for cars, household appliances, iron pipes, rebar and anything with iron ... But there is a small note when used on the sheet of the car or the sheet of household appliances, most factories make a layer of galvanization on the sheet while it is new if it is in a car or household appliances, and when using the product, the interaction with rust and transform it, but in some cases the color of the rust only remains the same, and in this case the interaction has taken place and can be found by wiping the rust area with a piece of napkin and when wiping, no rust appears on the napkin as for the color of the metal to return to its original color, one or two sheets are painted between each paint 4 hours until the original color of the iron is returned.
Before use, clean the rusted area with a cloth to remove any dust or dirt. Then, spray with an air gun or use a brush to evenly apply the product onto the rust. Leave it for 6 hours to allow the rust to stabilize, and the reaction will show results in less than half an hour. In cases of severe rust or pitting, spray again after 4 hours, and the process can be repeated.
The product only reacts with rust. Does not affect paints, plastics and rubber
The product is completely safe, but it is recommended to keep it away from children.
One liter covers 9 square meters.
